For many of us, the time has come for us to trust Western medicine less than ever before. We discover that the power to heal lies within ourselves.
Our body is the most advanced computer ever developed. Everything in us is connected.
Our body communicates with us non stop. But most people in Western civilization have sadly forgotten the language of their body. Therefore, many signals are neglected or even unnoticed.
Within our physical framework, we have many energy wheels, also known as chakras, that we use for our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual processes. Our most famous chakras are the crown, forehead, neck, heart, solar plexus, sacral and root chakra.
Many also tend to forget that we also find these energy wheels in the joints, such as our shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees and ankles. When we feel depressed or affected by a negative emotion such as anger, jealousy, or even ignorance, our chakras block. This will be experienced in the form of physical ailments. Blocked chakras will also cause a base feeling of misfortune.
It will be more difficult to relax and find out what can cause stress.
Our way of life is of great influence on our chakras. The food we consume, the way we behave or act and even the climate in which we live. All these are factors that make a difference. If we live an unhappy life, it will be physically noticeable over time.
Love and Compassion are two important answers to freeing them from these ailments and turning events into a healthy existence. But how can love and compassion make a difference?
By being affectionate and compassionate, we produce serotonin and endorphins, also called happiness hormones.
These two hormones are necessary to open our blocked chakras. Feeling happy will increase your health on the physical level and provide a solid foundation for a stronger mental body.
Our five senses can also help unlock our chakras:
-The solar plexus chakra can be activated by the sense of touch and to enjoy this feeling. How does the bark of the tree feel? Or the feeling of grass and sand under the bare feet. What do you feel when you have a pet or a baby in your arms?
-The heart chakra we activate by the Geschmackssin, the use of our taste buds. Think of the flavors you love. Maybe it’s a chocolate bar or a very juicy piece of fruit?
– The throat chakra can be activated by being aware. For the visualization of beautiful colors and pictures. Go to nature and take your surroundings was. Enjoy a sunrise or the color of leaves from a tree.
-The crown chakra we activate by sound. Positive vibrations in the form of music or maybe nature sounds that calm you down. It does not matter as long as it moves you in a good way.
The sacral chakra is activated by the sense of smell. Fragrances you like to smell. Think of your favorite perfume, a rose or maybe the smell of the sea.
Increase your awareness of your senses and start it in a way that keeps your body healthy – Not only that, you will also experience more happiness overall.
