Baking Soda is commonly found in most homes around the world as a good general purpose cleaning and cleaning powder or for baking, but there is a chance that you will not use the full potential of soda for your health and well-being. Soda is very cheap and can be bought practically everywhere. Of course, the pharmaceutical industry does not want us to know that soda can be used to treat illnesses and other health problems.
The great thing about it is that it can be used in many different ways, for example, to reduce pain, reduce symptoms, or even reduce the chances of potential life-threatening problems. So, what does soda do for your body and your health?
The first and probably earliest use of soda was written in 1924 by Arm & Hammer to prevent colds and flu. They found that people who consumed soda in water prevented the flu and colds, and those who already had the flu or cold were able to consume soda in water and their symptoms began to decrease.
Soda is also used for ulcer pain, instead of anti-acid drugs, soda can neutralize the pH of the stomach and relieve the ulcer symptoms. Reducing stress and having a healthy lifestyle reduces ulcers in the first place, but oral supplementation with soda may help to relieve the symptoms on the spot.
Soda is slightly more alkaline than human blood and helps deliver oxygen to the body, as well as raising the pH when it is too low (too acidic). This means that any disease or condition that suffers from an acidic environment or lack of oxygen can benefit from soda. Every cell in the human body could use more oxygen and alkali support from the acidic, chemically loaded food in our world today.
People have used and recommended soda for ulcers, arthritis, diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease or all skin conditions from sunburn to scarring to acne. Very often it is also used as a foot bath, sunburn remedy, as a supplement in the bath for the health of the skin as well as in all natural, aluminum-free deodorants.
Natron supplies the body primarily with oxygen, which allows your body direct access to more oxygen, especially in cells that suffer and need it, no matter where in the body they are. Second, it will alkalinize your body and bring the pH to an alkaline state, but there is a problem here. Based on my research, I personally do not believe that soda-water is the healthiest idea throughout the day.
Why? Soda water is very alkaline and the water goes straight into your intestine, which should be an acidic environment to digest hard food. By constantly bombarding your gut with alkaline fluids without giving it some acids (which could be a problem for some people) throughout the day, you can actually weaken your gut and digestive system in general.
For this reason, a second ingredient is added: Himalayan salt. I’m sure you’ve heard of this salt before. With a mineral content of 84 minerals, it is the healthiest salt on our planet. In addition, it is rich in electrolytes that help cell health, the nervous system and the whole body. By mixing soda and Himalayan salt, you create a mineral-rich water (which provides more hydrogen and oxygen to your cells and whole body) that is balanced with the pH of the human blood and the whole body.
This beverage also balances and oxygenates the lungs and kidneys responsible for balancing the body’s pH levels. By drinking this drink, you will help your lungs and kidneys to work healthier, which helps to deliver a balanced pH and carry more oxygen throughout the body. Healthy human blood has a pH in the range of 7.35 to 7.45.
The pH of soda in water is 8.2, slightly alkaline. The pH of the himalaya salt in water is about 6.50 (depending on the water source) and if you put these two together, you have something quite magical, I’ve discovered you have a mineral and electrolyte rich drink that also gives you that Benefits of baking soda are, not to mention that the pH of this drink will be around 7.35-7.5 or so.
Soda + Himalayan Salt Drink Recipe:
Add 1/2 teaspoon of soda + 1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan salt to half a glass of water
Just add the soda and Himalayan salt to the water, mix and drink! You can drink it once in the morning and once in the evening.
